| The Making a Difference National Conferences in Canada and the US are to challenge the legal process to more effectively prosecute sex offenders. Eight participant-communities in each country will be selected to receive full funding and follow-up support to implement the NAPASA strategy. | |
| Background Information | The National Action Plan Against Sexual Assault (NAPASA) originated Canada and has been expanded to the US through a grant from the Society for the Psychological Study of Social Issues (SPSSI) to challenge the legal system in both countries to more effectively respond to sexual assault and child sexual abuse. |

Reference material on the basic research, the text of the major research papers, and the complete text of a symposium on NAPASA presented at the 2002 Annual Convention of SPSSI. Public domain documents that may be downloaded and reproduced for local use. |
| NAPASA Material | A set of applied materials based on the research for use by local communities to promote social change by documenting the outrageous, challenging the legal system, and supporting victims. These documents may be freely downloaded and reprinted for local use. |
| Contacts & Technical Supports | Additional information about (1) the people responsible for the NAPASA and how to reach them, (2) how to join the effort by sharing accounts of local actions and connecting with others who are using the applied materials, and (3) technical legal materials for courtroom use including legal briefs and essays. |
